If you need to update your contact information, including your mailing address, email address, or phone number, this is processed through an electronic form on the WCAD website. 

The electronic form can be found on WCAD.org in two locations. On the Home page in the Most Frequently Requested Forms section and on the Forms and Applications page. You will complete the questions on the form and click the Submit button at the bottom of the form.
