Request To Receive Electronic Communication

If you would like to have notices from the Chief Appraiser sent electronically, via email, please click the link below to fill out the request form or select the “Request Electronic Communication” button on WCAD.org homepage.

Communication from the Appraisal Review Board, such as Notice of Hearing letters, Board orders, etc., will still be sent via U.S. Mail.

If you need to update your email address, you can do so using the Update Contact Information form at:

Electronic communication for Protest Season

Paper Protest Form

If you would like to have your Notice of Hearing sent via email, select the appropriate box in step 6 of the Notice of Protest form. Please be sure to write your email legibly in Step 5.

 

 If you indicate that you want your ARB Notice of Hearing sent by email, it will be emailed to the email address entered in Step 5. Please note: Your Notice of Hearing will only be emailed if you choose this option; it will not be mailed to you.


Online Protest

If you file a protest through WCAD’s Online Appeals portal at Login - Online Protests, the Notice of Hearing and ARB Board Orders will be sent via mail. 




Hearing Scheduler

If you schedule your hearing through the hearing scheduler in the Appeals portal, the Notice of Hearing will be sent via email to the email address registered on the Online Appeals portal account.
