Notification of Received/Processing/Processed Exemption

When a homestead application is filed online, the property owner will receive a confirmation notification that the application was received via email if one was provided. Standard processing time is up to 90 days. Exemption status can be checked on WCAD.org through the Property Search under Owner Information.

Please keep in mind, WCAD does not automatically confirm exemption status. If you need to request a confirmation of exemption once it has been processed, use the link below to Request a Confirmation of Exemption.
