Homestead applications filed online will receive an email within 48 hours from no-reply@trueroll.io stating the application was submitted to our office.  All homestead applications are submitted to the exemption department for processing in the order of date received. Processing could take up to 90 days. Please allow at least 6 weeks before contacting our office to check the application status.

Exemption Status: You may check the status of a previously submitted application by searching for the property on the WCAD website PublicAccess > Home (wcad.org). 

The exemption status will appear in the "Exemptions" line detail under "Owner Information" section. For more information please refer to "Exemption Status" Article
