City of Hutto - Exemption Reduction & Repeal Letter

  • The property owners with OA/DP for 2020 will keep the 60,000 exemption and freeze will stay as is.
  • These will only affect the property owners that qualify for the OA/DP exemption for 2021 forward, they will be granted the 30,000 exemption and freeze with that exemption amount. 
  • The property owners who qualify for 2022 forward will have no exemption.
  • City of Hutto will still freeze, the exemption amounts are the only things that are changing.
