Request for Virtual or Telephone Hearing

To request a Virtual or Telephone Hearing you will complete the electronic form located on WCAD.org, under the ARB tab → ARB Home → Send Requests to the ARB, or click the link below:
 
  1. Per tax code 41.45(b), the request to appear by telephone or video conference must be filed in writing or via this electronic form with the ARB no later than the 10th day before the date of the hearing.  
  2. Property owners appearing by telephone or virtual hearing MUST offer any evidence by Notarized Affidavit, and it must be received before the scheduled hearing:
  3. The Williamson County ARB recommends that property owners submit the affidavit and any evidence five (5) days; no less than one (1) day prior to the scheduled date and time of the hearing.
  4. Form 50-283 and any evidence can be uploaded into the Online Protest Portal, dropped off, or sent via carrier to the WCAD office. Please see the link below on How To Upload Evidence for Protest:
