Upload Evidence for Protest

Visit WCAD.org and use the Property Search at the top of the page:

 



After locating the property, at the top of the page, click on the Protest Online icon. 

 


Under Online Appeal Options, click on Proceed to Online Appeal System to access the Log In page to the protest:





Log in using your email address and the password you created. If you have not created an account, be sure to create one to be able to protest online. 

 


Once you log into your account with your email address and password. You will be able to access your protest online. Please allow 24 hours for the protest icons at the top of the page to be visible. 

 



To upload evidence, click on the Manage Documents Icon, then click the Upload Document icon.
