Notice Of Appraised Value

The Williamson Central Appraisal District is required to appraise each property at market value as of January 1 of each year. On the first week of April, the Notices of Appraised Value are mailed to property owners and made available online for viewing and printing. You can also access your QuickRef ID# and online passcode on the Notice of Appraised Value in order to file an online protest.

Appraisal Notice Copy:
For your most recent appraisal notice, use the Property Search to locate your property. Once you have accessed your property record, click the Notice of Appraised Value icon that appears as show below: (Confidential accounts will not display a notice).
