            How to Reschedule Online

            Reschedule Process from May thru July

            • One-Time Reschedule granted only if the request is received prior to hearing date.  Property owner can view Notice of Hearing for further instructions of the process.

            • If calling day of hearing or after, must submit written request to be rescheduled by the Appraisal Review Board (ARB) at arb@wcad.org for hearing eligibility (Residential & Business Personal Property)

            • Commercial, Land & AG can be submitted via email at reschedule@wcad.org.

            • Owners with tax agent representing can not request a one-time reschedule per property tax code 1.11

            • Tax Agents can not request a reschedule but must submit written request to the Appraisal Review Board (ARB) if they are representing in other districts on the same day and time.  They must submit hearing letter along with postmarked envelope from that appraisal district to be considered for rescheduling.

            • Late Protest request can be submitted via mail to : Attn: Appraisal Review Board, Williamson Central Appraisal District, 625 FM 1460, Georgetown, Texas 78626


            If you have protested your appraised value, you have the option of rescheduling your protest hearing date via WCAD’s Public Access portaprior to your hearing date.

            To reschedule online you can visit our website at www.wcad.org/hearing-scheduler/ the online scheduling will only allow for “Residential” accounts to be scheduled.

            Step 4      Click arrows to select month, only days highlighted in blue are available dates


                        Note:         Any other accounts such as “Commercial, Land, & AG” will not have the option to schedule only to file protest online.
