Supply Supporting Documentation
To submit requested
documentation from WCAD or supply supporting documentation, complete the
electronic form on WCAD's homepage, under the E-Services tab,
Exemption Contact Form
https://www.wcad.org/exemption-contact/
Click in the Reason for Contact field and
select Supply Supporting
Documentation from
one of the drop-down options.
The form will
automatically adjust depending on your reason for contact.
You
will complete all of the mandatory fields * and
include any additional information you feel is applicable
**This form
will be submitted electronically to the Exemptions Department. You will not
need to print out this form to be submitted**
