Schedule Protest Hearing - No Dates Available

In-Person hearings will be held at WCAD's office. Virtual hearings will be conducted online via the online meeting platform, RingCentral.

Select a date and time. Hearings are held at the WCAD office, 625 FM 1460, Georgetown, Texas. By utilizing the option to schedule your hearing, you are waiving a hearing notice required by Tax Code Section 41.46. Please notate the date and time you select.

Dates in the calendar below are available with available time slots will be indicated by a colored bubble indicating Schedule your hearing.

Color coding examples for hearing type is as follows:
  1. In-Person Hearing: Schedule your IN PERSON hearing
  2. Virtual/Online Hearing: Schedule your VIRTUAL hearing
Click the colored bubble on the date of your choice to begin the scheduling process.
If you do not see either of the colored hearing availability indicators stating Schedule your hearing on a particular date, then there are no available time slots on that date. You may check back periodically to see if availability has change.

If there is not availability and you are unable to schedule your hearing online, your hearing will be scheduled by WCAD staff, and a notice of hearing date and time will be sent at least 15 days prior to the hearing.
There is no need to contact WCAD about online scheduling availability.
