Request to Reinstate Exemptions

To request for an exemption to be reinstated on the property, you must submit a Request in Writing to the Exemptions Department.  To make this request, complete the electronic form on WCAD's homepage, under the E-Services tab, Exemption Contact.





Click in the Reason for Contact field and select from one of the drop-down options.





You will complete all of the mandatory fields and include any additional information you feel is pertinent in regard to the reinstatement.
Reasons to Request a Reinstatement may include but are not limited to:
  1. Deed Transfer (Non-Sale), Estate, Trust, Transfer On Death (TOD), Marriage, Divorce                                           
  2. Name Change 
  3. Update Contact Information
  4. Removal in Error
Select the Tax Year from the drop down to the correct reinstate year. 



**This form will be submitted electronically to the Exemptions Department. You will not need to print out this form to be submitted.**
