Request to Reinstate Exemptions

To request for an exemption to be reinstated on the property, you must submit a Request in Writing to the Exemptions Department. To make this request, complete the electronic form on WCAD's homepage, under the E-Services tab, Exemption Contact.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Click ‘Reason for Contact’ and select from one of the drop-down options.

 

 

You will complete all the mandatory fields and include any additional information you feel is pertinent regarding the reinstatement.

Reasons to Request a Reinstatement may include but are not limited to:

  • Deed Transfer (Non-Sale), Estate, Trust, Transfer on Death (TOD), Marriage, Divorce                                           
  • Name Change 
  • Updated Contact Information
  • Removal in Error

 

 

 

**This form will be submitted electronically to the Exemptions Department.  You will not need to print out this form to be sent in.**



*Please note all exemption requests may take up to 90 days*

Once your request is complete you will receive communication at the email address that is provided on this form.
