Request for Confidentiality
Qualified property owners can make an election to restrict public access to their home address information pursuant to Tax Code Section 25.025. This election remains in effect until rescinded in writing by the qualified individual. Tax Code 25.025(d) does not prohibit the public disclosure of information in appraisal records that identifies property by home address if the information does not identify the qualified individual property owner who has made this election.
