Owner requested Split/Combine form
If you would like to
request your property to be split or combined with another property, please use
the online form. The form will be
sent to the Maps and Records department to be processed in accordance with the
property tax code.
The form is located on WCAD.org under Forms and Applications → Other Forms
**Please be aware of the of the requirements
for a split or combine below.
Property Split Requirements:
- Property must be in the property owner’s name
- There cannot be delinquent taxes on the property or properties
- Must attach a metes and bounds survey of property being split to a new account
Property Combine Requirements:
- Ownership of the properties being requested must be under the same ownership
- There cannot be delinquent taxes on the properties
- Properties must not have different lien holders
- The properties must be contiguous
