When you qualify for the Over 65 exemption, Williamson County and the ISD taxing entities offer additional dollar deductions from the value of the home prior to taxation in the following dollar amounts:

When the tax bills are calculated to include all exemptions, the dollar amounts paid for participating Over 65 (mandatory and local option) taxing entities will create a tax ceiling.
