Online Appeal: Appraisal Review Available

When you receive an email stating your Appraisal Review is available online, you must follow the instructions within the email to login to your portal through the link as shown below. When you can access your portal, you will see your protest details and latest status.

*A response is required within 5 days; no response will result in the online appeal to be closed and an informal will be created for your property. 



Step 1:  Click on “Appraisal Review Available”




Step 2:  You will see the Date and Status of the review, click on Appraisal Review Available again. 




Step 3The appraisal review will appear. You may accept or decline the offer.

Accepting the review will finalize the protest, and value will be change to the offer accepted.

Declining the review will close the online appeal and you will receive a Notice of Hearing letter with a scheduled date and time with an appraiser for further discussion.
