The Williamson Central Appraisal District (WCAD) is required to appraise all property at its market value as of January 1 each year. In the first week of April, Notices of Appraised Value are mailed to property owners and made available online for viewing and printing. Your notice also contains your QuickRef ID and online passcode, which are required to file an online protest.
