Late Protest - 2025

The 2025 protest deadline was May 15, 2025

The deadline for filing a protest was posted on the appraisal notice to file by May 15th, or 30 days from the mail date on your Notice of Appraised Value. If a deadline falls on a weekend or legal holiday, the last day to file is automatically extended to the next business day. If you believe you have good cause for missing the deadline, you may submit a written request to the Appraisal Review Board (ARB) explaining your reason for missing the posted deadline and a determination will be made.
