Improvement Characteristics Correction Request Form
Property
owners can file an electronic form to address square foot issues and any
characteristics that may be listed incorrectly.
When submitting a request,
property owners must provide documentation for these corrections such as
blueprints or appraisal sketches with measurements. If the request is provided
between September 1 of the previous year and March 1 of the current year, the necessary changes could be considered
for the current year. After March 1, a protest is required to have corrections
considered. Without a protest, information submitted after May 15 will be
considered for the following tax year.
The electronic Improvement Characteristics Correction request form will be live during the above mentioned timeframe and can be found on
our website under Forms and Applications → Residential Property Forms.
