How to Reschedule ARB Hearing Online

Reschedule Process from May thru July

  1. One-Time Reschedule granted only if the request is received prior to hearing date. This request can be submitted by using the online hearing scheduler. If there are no slots available on the hearing scheduler, please submit your request via the reschedule request form:

  2. If this is a second reschedule request, or you are making this request on the day of the hearing or after, you must submit a written reschedule request to the Appraisal Review Board (ARB) at for hearing eligibility.
  3. Owners with a tax agent representing them cannot request a one-time reschedule per property tax code 1.11
  4. Tax Agents cannot request a reschedule but must submit written request to the Appraisal Review Board (ARB) if they are representing in other districts on the same day and time.  They must submit hearing letter along with postmarked envelope from that appraisal district to be considered for rescheduling.


If you have protested your appraised value, you have the option of rescheduling your protest hearing date
via WCAD’s 
Public Access portaprior to your hearing date.

To reschedule online you can visit our website at the online scheduling will only
 for “Residential” accounts to be scheduled.

Step 3      Click on Reschedule Protest Hearing     


Step 4      Click arrows to select month, only days highlighted in blue are available dates


            Note:         Any other accounts such as “Commercial, Land, & AG” will not have the option to schedule
only to file protest online.
