How to Locate All Properties Within a Certain Radius of a Property
In order to locate all the properties within a certain perimeter of a property, please review the instructions below.
- From our homepage under
Property Search and search for the property by address, owners name, or account number.
- Select your property once you are in the Details page.
- Select the Map option as
seen below.
6. Select the checkbox for Buffer Graphic.
7. Fill in Distance and choose the units of measurement.
8. Choose the option to Select features by Point.
9. Once you choose a point on the map, a green circle appears, and a list of all properties within the selected area is generated.
10. Select the 3 dots to see options, including Export to CSV File and View in Attribute Table.
