Disabled Veteran Exemption
You qualify for the Disabled Veteran Exemption if you are a disabled veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces with a service connected disability rating of 10% or more. A qualified individual is entitled to an exemption from taxation of a portion of the assessed value on one property the applicant owns and designates in the state of Texas.
